Sudheesh Narayanan is the Chief Executive Officer of our company. Prior to our company, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Lens, a global product and services technology company.

He has served in various leadership positions with CAPSA Engineering & Contracting LLC, Fluxa, GLens, as well as senior technological positions at Infosys and Huawei.

Sudheesh is the pioneer in establishing Knowledge Lens and UnifyTwin as a company and as a successful brand in the Industry. He is credited for creating the company’s technology, products and business strategy. He has authored a book called "Securing Hadoop".

He holds a B.E. in Electronics from Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.

Suraj is currently serving as CEO at Knowledge Lens.

He is an innovative technology leader and entrepreneur and has a unique track record of successfully leading digital transformation programs for fortune 500 companies and founding/leading successful technology startups.

Prior to joining Knowledge Lens, he co-founded a startup Fluxa that was later acquired by Emerson Electric, where he developed the world's first cloud-based knowledge management application(PKM) for the life sciences industry.

He also held leadership positions at Amgen, where he served as the global head and chief architect of the digital transformation program across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations. Additionally, Suraj spent a decade at Deloitte Consulting, where he led large-scale ERP programs and analytics projects

Smita Bhadury is the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Knowledge Lens. She brings in rich experience in accounting and people management experience. With strong passion towards finance, she drives company investment strategy and manages vendor relations.

Ganesh Iyer has been serving as our Chief Technology Officer since March 2021.

Prior to joining us, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Knowledge Lens from October 2015 to February 2021. Ganesh also served as Engineering Manager and Big Data Solution Architect with Infosys and Genpact respectively.

He has 15 years of experience in building distributed and scalable systems for Fortune 500 clients with a deep understanding of enterprise data through Data Warehouse, BI and Big Data Analytics project implementations. He has extensive experience in Machine Learning and Text Analytics.

Ganesh holds a B.E. in Computer Science from NIT Rourkela, an Executive Degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Naveen Gowda has been serving as our Chief Operating Officer since April 2022. Prior to joining us, he served as Principal Consultant at Knowledge Lens.

He has held executive leadership roles with Tech Mahindra, Horiba, as well as key technological positions with ABB, Mahindra Satyam and other companies. He is an experienced Business leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.

Naveen is skilled in Management, Pre-sales, Industry 4.0 providing Digital solutions for Manufacturing domain and Semiconductor Industry

He holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from PES College of Engineering.

Cariappa Monaiah has been serving as our Chief Partnership Officer since March 2021. Prior to joining us, he served as Chief Business Officer at Knowledge Lens from February 2018 to February 2021.

He has made a mark in the company's business by building strategic partnerships with clients through providing innovations in Big Data, Cloud, IIoT, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence.

Cariappa also served as Principal Consultant with EdgeVerve as well as Infosys for 7 years. He has also held several key positions at NTT Data, Huawei, and Thomson Reuters.

He holds a B.E in Electronics & Communications from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

Sampath has over two decades of experience in Product Development, Service Delivery and Account Management. In his 12+yrs stint at Infosys, he has played varied management roles leading large transformational and regulatory compliance projects for Fortune 100 firms.

Amal has been serving as our Technical Director since April 2021. Prior to this, he served multiple roles at Knowledge Lens right from the beginning of the company. He is the first employee of Knowledge Lens. Amal has 12 years of experience in building distributed and scalable applications for Fortune 500 companies.

A technology enthusiast with delivery expertise in digital and data products. Expertise in building analytics COE where high quality frameworks and best practices are delivered.

Rupak Dipta Das has been serving as our Head of Engineering since March 2021. Prior to joining us, he served as Technology Architect at Knowledge Lens for close to 7 years.

He holds a Master's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Jayesh is a technology enthusiast with a rich blend of experience cutting across IT, Engineering, Digital Services, IoT and functional span of delivery, Consulting, Operations, Sales & Marketing with proven results. He drives Pre-sales and Solutioning where he enables the sales teams to differentiate and grow business ,manages bids and proposals to define the value proposition to the business stake holders.

Mahesh has been an energetic , enthusiastic and passionate individual with more than 17 years of industry experience in Sales, Customer engagement , Product Management, Project Management, Business analysis, Business Intelligence,, Data warehousing having worked in India, Australia and UK.
